Responsibilities:

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will deliver direct behavior support services to individuals and their families within HCA’s Autism and Neurodevelopmental Support Services (ANDSS) Program, adhering to under the supervision of certified professionals (BCBA-D, BCBA, or BCaBA).

 

  • Provide behavior support, teach adaptive behaviors, and model ABA techniques to families to prevent complex care needs, including a more restrictive level of care.
  • Document all services as per standards set forth by governing body, accrediting body, organizational, and payers.
  • Maintain complete and timely client records, including progress notes, data collection, and visit verification logs.
  • Attend treatment team and staff meetings consistently.
  • Participate actively in supervision meetings.
  • Collaborate with community agencies to ensure comprehensive client support.
  • Uphold the HCA Code of Conduct and RBT Code of Ethics in all job functions.
  • Must maintain RBT certification with the BACB.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; must pass a background check.
  • Must have current RBT certification with the BACB.
