Your Role: High-Ticket Lead Generation Specialist

As an Advertising & Marketing Specialist, you’ll work on the front lines, connecting with potential buyers and sellers who want to leverage the power of seller financing. Using our proven blueprint and scripts, you’ll qualify leads, guide them through the process, and help them take steps toward homeownership or selling success.

This is a commission only role.  With a salary of $2,500 per sale to start and no cap on earnings, this is your chance to master high-ticket sales and earn like a realtor without having to pay thousands of dollars and spend months getting qualified; all while making a real difference for families all across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post & Manage Ads: Create compelling ads across platforms like Facebook Marketplace, RentFaster, and Kijiji to attract both buyers and sellers.

  • Qualify & Engage: Speak directly with prospects, ask thoughtful questions, and qualify them using our proven frameworks, scripts and systems.

  • Follow Up & Stay Organized: Keep track of all conversations, follow-ups, and client details in an organized and professional manner.

  • Build Relationships: Foster trust with clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their journey. Practice communication skills with active listening.

  • Leverage Proven Systems: Use our tools, checklists, templates and blueprints to ensure consistency and efficiency in your new role.
