About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Arizona Daily-Fee Operations. This role is pivotal in leading and facilitating the operations of a portfolio of daily fee properties, with a strong focus on financial performance, strategic planning, and the creation of exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the properties, including leading multiple teams, strategic execution of programming, and ensuring the highest standards of service and excellence are met. Candidates for the Regional Vice President position should have a minimum of 7 years of multi-site leadership experience in the daily-fee golf, service, or hospitality industry, with a preference for those holding a Bachelor's degree. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong decision-making capabilities, and a proven track record of achieving high-performance goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, and a team builder, and will embody the values of the company, including a commitment to service, quality, and the development of a growth mindset. Experience in the hospitality/club industry for-profit space and a strong understanding of the for-profit operating model are essential.
