The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all matters related to clients and servicing. The Account Manager is the point of contact between our company and clients to help solve problems and achieve business goals for their assigned accounts.

Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare-related field; or equivalent work experience or Master’s degree, a plus
- 4 + years’ experience in the health insurance industry
- 4 years of client services or account management is preferred
- A thorough understanding of the managed care industries or providers of care.
- Knowledge of the purposes, organization, and policies of the community’s health care delivery and pharmacy regulations/regulatory agencies.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Ability to engender a team spirit at all levels of the organization
- Ability to organize and integrate organizational priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain quality control standards.
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with other internal departments, clients, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to manage people and provide team leadership.
- Available to work on site
