Job Description

Innovative and tech-savvy real estate brokerage located on the North side of Chicago is seeking a motivated, ambitious, dependable and experienced individual to join their team of over 150 real estate agents and staff. Due to recent growth, they are in need of a Director of Operations and Sales to assist their team of over 90 agents. The primary responsibility of the position is to manage the day-to-day operations and sales of the business. The ideal candidate will have a few years of professional experience working for a real estate brokerage and can manage the flow of information and requests while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities: Provide personalized agent support to our brokers Oversee recruiting process, progress and goals for the sales team Manage the process for onboarding and offboarding both staff and brokers Review and submit deals for processing and create agent disbursement Database and CRM organization and management Drive growth of sales, conversion, opportunities, and profitability Setup, organize, and manage all company technology platforms Manage other office staff, individual roles, and goals for all employees Oversee the planning of company events and organize staff and agent training Assist in brokerage agent recruiting Maintain office supplies and manage office facilities Track, measure, and report on key performance stats to ensure performance goals are being met The qualified candidate will exhibit the following capabilities and attributes: Excellent communication skills Highly organized & detail-oriented Reliable team player Ambitious critical thinker Outgoing & adaptable Customer service oriented Experience using the MLS & dotloop (is a plus) Conversant in Adobe Suite & G-Suite Work Location: Full-time office setting (besides any on-site events as needed) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Sales in Real Estate Industry: 3 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: Chicago, IL 60642: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Pearson Realty Group/PRG Management
