Job Details Responsibilities:
- Develop and define the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver top-notch products that solve real-world problems.
- Oversee all stages of the product life cycle from concept to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Use Agile methodologies and Scrum framework to manage product development.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements.
- Measure and analyze product performance, and use insights to optimize the product and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build awareness and understanding of our products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven experience with B2B software, consulting, software development, Scrum, Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, project management, and product development.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of the technology market and the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering products on time and within budget.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Passion for technology and a customer-centric approach.
