The Role:DailyPay seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Incident Management to join our Operations team. DailyPay is committed to delivering high resiliency of our technical and operational functions in support of our clients and end-user needs. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional incident response to minimize and mitigate major disruptions. The ideal candidate will lead our end-to-end Incident Management program throughout the incident lifecycle, including detection, rapid response, communication, remediation, post-mortem, and problem management activities. This includes leading a team of Incident Response Managers and/or Analysts to lead real-time incident response activities, while also working with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Support, and Client Success to optimize our Incident Response program.

United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
