Salary:

This position is open to Milwaukee area candidates with the general expectation that three days a week will be on-site (typically M-W), and to remote candidates who live within close enough proximity to Milwaukee that they are able to commit to being on site on a recurring cadence to be mutually agreed upon.

Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive you will be the primary day-to-day lead across multiple Clients at Hanson Dodge, serve as the integrator across agency disciplines and any outside partners.

You will be a critical team member and point person for both Clients and the internal Hanson Dodge team, and be expected to serve as a strategic business partner to the Clients you work with.

You will report to an Account Director, and will have support at the Assistant Account Executive level where warranted.

EXPERIENCE

• Integrator - Has successfully led integrated, cross-functional agency teams to deliver idea-driven work that builds Clients brands and business. Has a proven track record functioning as the primary day-to-day account lead across more than one Client.
• Note: this includes experience successfully managing complex project plans, project budgets and resourcing, etc
• Creative - Champions great creative work and can give examples leading idea-driven creative campaigns
• Media and Activation - Experience and working knowledge across a range of media (digital and traditional), including experience collaborating with media team counterparts to ensure plans are successfully implemented.
• Production - Experience across several channels: video, social, digital, radio, OOH, web etc
• Brand Strategy - Has some direct experience and familiarity with brand positioning work
• Direct Reports - Success managing and developing direct reports at the Account Executive and/or Assistant Account Executive level

OTHER

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing or advertising, including agency experience
• Experience and working knowledge across digital marketing channels including PPC, social, display, native, ecommerce, etc
• Strong business writing skills (provide examples)
• Strong attention to detail and visual formatting of materials - how content is presented can often be as important as the content itself
