Job Details

• Freight Type: Reefer (100% No Touch, 60% Drop & Hook)
• Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,500 (based on experience)
• Miles: Average 2,100 - 2,300 per week
• Routes: Regional runs across 8 Western States
• Home Time: Every other week (34-48 hours)
• Pet & Rider Policy:
  • Bring your dog (under 30 lbs) or a rider from Day 1 (Trainees must wait until training is complete).
• Orientation Pay: $300 (Paid)
• Monthly Bonus: Earn up to $0.08 CPM for safety, fuel, and performance

For Recent CDL-A Graduates

• Requirements:
  • Class A CDL and 120+ hours from an accredited school
• Paid Training:
  • Type: Regional & OTR
  • Duration: 4-6 weeks
  • Pay: $650 per week
  • Home Time: Every other week (34-48 hours)
  • Dog and rider allowed after training completion

Driver Requirements

• Age: 21+
• Driving Record: Fairly clean (no major accidents or violations in the last 5 years)
• Employment History: 10 years (no major gaps outside school/training)
• Safety Record: No terminations for safety violations
• Background Check: No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
• Drug Test: Pass urine and hair follicle screening
