Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking project designer to join our Fort Worth studio, working alongside our design principal. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for architecture and urban planning, a commitment to sustainability, and a curiosity for continuous learning. A strong design sensibility, attention to detail in crafting presentations, and excellence in building systems are essential qualities for this role.

Job Details - Conduct research on project site histories, their surrounding contexts, and relevant precedents.
- Collaborate closely with the design principal and team to transform conceptual ideas and sketches into schematic design presentations for diverse project types.
- Create architectural renderings and illustrative plans for buildings and sites.
- Work with other design professionals to interpret schematic designs throughout the construction document and construction phases.
- Investigate zoning regulations, building codes, materials, building systems, and site requirements.
- Present design and planning concepts to clients and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Advanced skills in computer modeling, graphics, and rendering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, ArcGIS, rendering software, and Microsoft Office
