Who are you:

The Parts Receiving/Shipping position is responsible for receiving and shipping parts as they enter our Operations Facility and proceed through the service process.

What you will be doing:

• Shipping/Receiving for Service Department; Receive, cost and enter invoice into ePass
• Separate parts into correct bins for Mainland & MV Service Techs
• Obtain and verify information relative to scheduling service calls.
• Effectively communicate pertinent information to co-workers or techs within the Service Dept.
• Process credit card payments according to company policy
• Provide superior customer service and assist customers efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Service appliances needing in-house (warehouse) repair.
• If needed, answer overflow incoming Service Department Calls

Our ideal candidate has:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework or an associate degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer information and resolve escalations in a professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to adapt to changes in workload and schedule based on company needs.
