Due to an Ortho Surgeon tapering back and looking to retire within the next year, one of the most beautiful locations in Wyoming has a brand new dream job for an Ortho Surgeon to take over for an existing patient panel. The ideal candidate is an experienced BC/BE Ortho Surgeon who is robotics trained - practicing surgeons and new grads (including 2026) are welcome to apply.
- $650k to $800k BASE SALARY plus lucrative RVU model
- You can have up to 100% Sports if you want
- 4 days of clinic + 1 day of at-home admin is typical but negotiable
- 8a-5p is also typical, but negotiable
- CALL is 1:3 and extremely light since they do very little trauma
- NO WEEKENDS and NO LATE NIGHTS outside of call
- Extensive benefits package including retirement
