We are seeking a Technical Resource (Maintenance Supervisor)who will be an integral part of the leadership team for our Breinigsville East manufacturing facility. This leader will primarily work on day shift and will help to cover as required based on the needs of the factory.
Pay Range: $89,877 - $102,374. This role is eligible for a 10% annual bonus.

Key responsibilities include: Key qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology. In place of an engineering or technology degree, equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Five or more years of experience in industrial maintenance with at least two years’ experience in leadership capacity.
• Prior experience in a beverage, food or other clean manufacturing environment with familiarity with quality, GMP and hygiene regulations preferred.
• Experience maintaining/troubleshooting pneumatics, hydraulics, and electric systems.
• Experience supporting and utilizing PLC control systems and process communication systems. Allen Bradley experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Planned/Preventative Maintenance programs with a grasp of financial factors in maintenance, to include budgeting and Storeroom Inventory Control.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite applications and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Proven technical troubleshooting acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous improvement or process improvement experience preferred.
• Effective communication/presentation skills with the ability to facilitate team meetings and lead management of change events.
• Practiced & effective time management and organization skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with business partners.
• Experience coaching and developing maintenance mechanics/technicians.
• Schedule flexibility with the ability to provide guidance to the Maintenance Team for escalated significant breakdowns to include on-site support outside normal working hours.
