We are currently seeking a Permanent Maintenance Planning Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance planning, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure equipment and systems are operating efficiently.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs.
- Manage the scheduling and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance planning staff.
- Use JD Edwards Enterprise and CMMS software to manage maintenance activities and generate reports.
- Oversee the procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies required for maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in the engineering industry.
- Proficiency in JD Edwards Enterprise and CMMS software.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
- In-depth understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
