Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, schedule appointments and meetings. Manage incoming and outgoing mails and deliveries, data input.
Perform general office tasks, filing, photocopying, scanning documents. Assist Law clerk and Lawyers with administrative tasks as needed. Training will be provided.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in both Korean and English (required). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is an asset, but not required.
