Legion Outreach Consulting is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Interviewers to join our dynamic team. As an Interviewer, you will play a crucial role in gathering data and insights through structured conversations with individuals in various communities. This position is ideal for those who thrive in engaging with diverse populations and can effectively communicate and build rapport.

You will be responsible for conducting interviews for a variety of projects, ranging from political research to public opinion surveys. Your ability to listen actively and ask insightful questions will directly impact the success of our outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured interviews with participants, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the process.
• Utilize provided scripts and guidelines while maintaining flexibility to adapt questions as needed for organic conversations.
• Accurately record responses and input data into our systems for analysis.
• Build rapport with interview subjects to encourage open and honest communication.
• Collaborate with the project team to report findings and contribute insights.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in conducting interviews, surveys, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain neutral and objective while gathering information.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the project demands.
• Familiarity with data entry and basic computer skills are a plus.
