Responsibilities:Ensure full compliance with all onboarding steps, including completion of background screens and E-Verify documents, administering drug screens, answering employment-related questions, and distribution of uniforms, IDs, and nametags. Gather, enter, and process statistical information for various reports. Process employment paperwork for accuracy and enter data into appropriate systems. Assist with administration of company-wide policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with corporate, federal, and state requirements. Maintain various applicant files and confidentiality of all paperwork and information in Human Resources. Maintain the inventory, organization, and cleanliness of park-issued wardrobe. Work on specialized projects in areas such as training and employee engagement/relations, as assigned. Professionally answer all incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.
