Position Summary: The Growth Product Manager will lead the continued development of our growing portfolio of consumer-facing websites. This role will be a central conduit around which the core of our multi-billion-dollar business continues to grow; helping shape the strategy and development of key growth drivers and value creation. This role will sit in the middle of business, engineering, design, and data to understand the business, determine prioritization for initiatives, drive execution, while keeping all stakeholders in the loop.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Have a deep understanding of the business, how each of our platforms drive value, core business KPIs, and the strategic goals the business is trying to achieve.
•Develop, outline, and prioritize strategic initiatives which drive the digital platforms to provide business value.
•Translate strategic initiatives into executable stories for engineering, design, and data teams.
•Actively prioritize and manage sprints to ship solutions.
•Own the performance and continual optimization of the digital platforms through rapid iterative testing. Includes testing design, data retrieval, and analysis.
•Collect input from all stakeholders. This includes user research, surveys, feedback, as well as feature requests from internal sales, marketing, creative, and legal teams.

•Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
•5+ years of experience in consumer-facing product management; building, launching, and optimizing successful online e-commerce and mobile platforms and products.
•Analytic mindset - approaches problems with an eye toward breaking it down into executable chunks, developing metrics to track performance, and ruthlessly optimizing toward those metrics.
•Must be data self-sufficient; you don't need to be a data scientist, but fully capable of pulling data, performing analysis, and generating actionable insights.
•Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without "dropping the ball."
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a "roll up your sleeves" and "win every day" mentality.
•Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.
•Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
•Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
•Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
•Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
•Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
