Job Details
Responsibilities:
Coordinate labor/work/materials/equipment, ensure jobsite safety/quality/profitability, schedule, read blueprints to finish scopes of work, client management/relationships, bulk orders/storage, control costs, and hiring/training
Will be working on projects throughout Southern California with crews of 20+ employees
Projects include commercial, retail, offices, healthcare, and K-12/higher-ed
Type of work covers polished concrete, epoxy/polyurethane coatings, cleaning/grinding/sealing/patching/repairing/joint filling, concrete flooring staining/hardener, and quartz/decorative chip broadcasting
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Superintendent on Southern California concrete flooring finishing and coating projects
Must have a CA Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Must pass background check
Strongly prefer someone that is fluent in English and Spanish
Ability to use MS Office
Strong client/GC references
