Job Description Bilingual Telephone Interviewer Call Center Company Overview: Sunshine Enterprise USA is an industry leading Staffing and Recruitment Firm. Our clients are fortune 500 companies, high growth start-up companies, government, and private equity firms, and lead professional service firms. Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire entry level/first-time recruiters and experienced executive recruiters Bilingual Telephone Interviewer Call Center.
The ideal candidate will require you being on the phone 99% of your time contacting and interviewing candidates. interviewing tasks could include both ongoing and ad hoc requests as well as both quantitative and qualitative projects. This is a contract opportunity for indefinite time.
The successful candidate will need to be a self-motivated individual who supports our mission, shares our values, and embraces our company culture. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years' experience in call center (Preferably in the recruiting industry) along with specific experience in the staffing field.
Job Duties: On a daily basis, the ideal candidate:
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients in a fast-paced call center environment
- Exhibit reliable attendance to successfully complete paid training
- Exhibit skill and diplomacy in working with clients facing challenging and personal situations
- Collect and gather information to conduct interviews to make eligibility determinations for medical, food, and financial assistance
- Complete the application process, while entering data on a computer and accessing multiple screens
- Verify client information by interacting with internal and external customers
- Adhere to agency standards in a high-volume call center, measured by metrics and standards related to service levels, accuracy, and timeliness
- Commit to ongoing learning of program policies and procedures and the ability to apply accordingly
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs): - Skill in conducting interviews and gathering information while providing excellent customer service to candidates seeking job opportunities
- Skill in navigating through multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Skill in program processing systems, Internet, Excel, Outlook, Word, automated office systems
- Skill in verbal and written communications, organizational skill, and time management
- Skill in typing with speed and accuracy while interviewing clients typing 35-45 wpm
- Ability to work as a team player, be flexible and reliable
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external clients
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week and provide support to the team or department
