Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Mom's Meals in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Position SummaryMom's Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is in hyper-growth mode. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our Spanish-speaking customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order. We are a mission driven company that invites you to be a part of our family. This is a fully remote position. Employees must be located in Nevada, Idaho or Utah (applicants outside these states will not be considered). The starting wage is $16.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Mountain Time/7:00am-4:00pm Pacific Time with the potential for overtime.Our team members enjoy: + Tiered growth path for promotion starting Day 1 + Eligible for Referral Bonuses starting Day 1 + Weekly paychecks + PTO, 401k, & a Full benefits package Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to + Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order + Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service + Input order information into the appropriate client order screen + Document all conversations with client into client information database + Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file + Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients + Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed Required Skills & Experience + Bilingual (English/Spanish) + High school degree or GED + 1 year of previous customer service experience + Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) + Clear oral communication skills + Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints + Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values + Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port + Must have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction Preferred Skills & Experience + 1 year of previous call center experience + Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems + Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures Physical Requirements + Re To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
